Cancellation Policies
We require an updated credit card on file for all clients at the time of booking your next appointment, in the event we need to enforce our cancellation policy. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues can occur and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. We value your time and ask for the same respect in valuing ours.
Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the services scheduled.
No showing your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the services scheduled.
